Dunhinda Waterfall is one of the most popular and most charming waterfalls in Sri Lanka.

In a similar manner, Dunhinda Waterfall has won over both domestic and international visitors. Waterfall is 64 meters (210 feet) in height. Small dunhinda Waterfall is 6 meters high. Before reaching the Dunhinda waterfall one can see the Small Dunhinda waterfall while walking along the path towards Dunhinda fall. It’s a minor waterfall created by Badulu Oya stream.

'Dun' mean mist or smoke in Sinhalese. The waterfall cascades to a very large natural pool creating water mist. Dunhinda fall is created by Baduluoya stream. You'll notice that the hillside's floral petals and the greenery of the dew that flows from the valleys are softer. You must catch the design of this waterfall in your camera's viewfinder. Also, over 180 degrees around the jungle is surrounded by mountains and rocks. It is a very beautiful mood in the jungle.
